Views of Hamlin Antiques, Moss Landing, CA

Below: The Waters House in Honcut, Butte County, California in the 1800s.  Owned by William John Waters, it was destroyed by fire in the early 1890s. One hundred years later, Waters' grandson, Roy-Ami Hamlin, constructed a replica in Moss Landing  where his business partner, Nathan Sawyer, currently operates an antique dealership (see second and third pictures below).

Below: Two pictures show the Moss Landing replica of the Waters House. A completely modern structure, this time it has fire sprinklers throughout. A corner of the other building for sale is on the right. As a recent replica, this building is not on any historic registries.
