"Welcome to my website! I'm Patti Boe, your licensed California Real Estate Broker for beautiful real estate in Santa Cruz, Capitola, and nearby communities. I have sold a broad range of properties in Santa Cruz County for over 20 years. These include lots, subdivisions, new homes, commercial properties, commercial leases,  income apartment properties, as well as homes and townhomes. My experience also includes both residential and commercial land planning and development, investment properties in Honduras and Belize, and performing as agent for a senior care development company.  I am a Board of Trustee member of the Capitola Chamber of Commerce . I have lived in the County for 29 years and have been the #1 selling ADR agent for the past 19 years. ADR is the largest real estate office in Santa Cruz County."
