"Welcome to my website! I'm Patti Boe, your licensed California Real Estate Broker for beautiful real estate in Santa Cruz, Capitola, and nearby communities. I have sold a broad range of properties in Santa Cruz County for over 25 years. These include lots, subdivisions, new homes, commercial properties, commercial leases,  income apartment properties, as well as homes and townhomes. My experience also includes both residential and commercial land planning and development, investment properties in Honduras and Belize, and performing as agent for a senior care development company.  I am a Board of Trustee member of the Capitola Chamber of Commerce and have lived in the County since 1976."
